    Due to storm activity across Victoria, we are experiencing disruption to our services, including branches and contact centre. Please be patient while we work to rectify this issue.

    Severe weather conditions in Victoria are causing widespread disruptions to power, internet and phone systems. This is impacting the ability of our contact centre to answer and make calls.

    Our branches also remain closed during this time due to power outages.

    We are currently taking calls for urgent hospital admissions and for all other matters, we recommend you send us an email. For self service on your Latrobe Health membership, you can access your Latrobe Health Online Account or the mobile app.
