The Latrobe Health Services mobile app is a quick and easy way to manage your health cover.
 
You can change your account information, submit extras claims or check your extras benefits and limits, make contribution payments – all while on the go!
 
The mobile app allows you to:
  • Submit and track extras claims
  • Check your extras benefits and limits
  • Update your personal information
  • Submit documents
  • Find a provider
  • Find your nearest Latrobe Health branch

 

How do I download the mobile app?

Search for Latrobe Health Services in the App Store (iOS) or Google Play Store (Android) or simply scan the relevant QR code to download the app and manage your account.
 
Once you’re in, you can enable fingerprint for quick and easy access the next time you use the app.
The minimum requirement for an Apple device is iOS 9 and above, and for an Android device it’s 4.3 onwards.
 

How do I log in?

You need to download the app from either the App Store or Google Play Store. When you login for the first time, you’ll need your Latrobe Health member number and online account password.
 
If you haven’t yet signed up for your Latrobe Health online account (and therefore don’t have an online account password), simply register for you account here or within the app itself.
 

How do I make an extras claim?

To make a claim, sign in and select the person you are claiming for. At the bottom of the screen you should see a pink icon saying CLAIM. Click the icon and follow the prompts.
