Our top priority is the health of our people, our members and their families, and our community. Since the start of the Coronavirus outbreak, Latrobe Health Services’ has enacted its Pandemic Response Plan and has taken early precautions such as the closure of branches and relocation of staff to safeguard as best we can our staff as our first priority, and our organisation’s ability to perform critical functions enabling us to service our members.

We’ve implemented a restriction on non-essential travel, work-from-home protocols, split our operational teams into different working locations, as well as providing all employees with additional hygiene products, support and advice.

A pandemic is a time of uncertainty but we’re focused on continuing to deliver to our members throughout this time. Latrobe Health has offices across Victoria and we have plans in place to continue servicing our members should we need to enable work from home protocols across any of our offices locations.

Any of our members who might have ordinarily visited our branch to claim on extras can download our brand new mobile app to help claim on the go, track your claims, check your benefits and limits, see your payment details, update your contact info and find a provider.
