This has been achieved through prudent planning and a continued focus on effective claims risk management. In fact for the 14th consecutive year, Latrobe has been able to maintain rate increases below the industry average.
The median industry rate increase in 2011 is 5.57% compared to Latrobe’s 5.28%. Accumulate the yearly savings over 14 years and you come to appreciate it is quite substantial!

Take out hospital cover before you turn 31 and you won’t pay the Lifetime Health Cover loading. If you’re already over 31, the sooner you join the smaller the loading will be.
