1. Offer expires at 4pm on 30 September 2008 and is limited to one gift card per business and excludes existing Latrobe policies.
2. Gift cards are delivered by standard Australia Post service. Latrobe cannot be held responsible for any lost, damaged, stolen or undelivered cards and no replacement will be provided.
3. Coles Group & Myer gift cards are subject to the terms and conditions that appear on the gift card carrier.
4. Latrobe reserves the right to refuse, alter or withdraw this offer at any time.
5. This offer is not available to staff members of Latrobe Health Services and/or its agents nor is it available in conjunction with any other offer.
