Are you an existing Latrobe member with a Federation Health product? Click on the relevant link if you wish to:

• Alter contact details, addresses and telephone numbers
• Adjust contribution details, including payment frequency and direct debit details
• Add new dependants
• Make a payment via credit card (MasterCard or Visa)
• Complete Student Dependant Registrations (no forms necessary!)
• Print off a tax statement or claims history
• Check claims within the last 24 months
